Hello, and welcome to my website
I am Natalia Turina (former Vidyakina), an artist and author based in the Wairarapa, New Zealand.
My work represents the exploration and my admiration for nature.
Working with vibrant colours, I use a complex yet textured and layered approach that provides special effects to my works.
My vibrant colour scheme helps me convey emotions through art while also expressing my own semiabstract style.
People have said my art reflects joy, happiness and a sense of visual healing.
Not only do I appreciate knowing that I’m contributing to an individual’s happiness, but I also love bringing vibrant colours into appreciaters homes.
In the past, I have hosted ten solo exhibitions in 2016/17/18/19/20/21/22/ 23/23/24
I have also participated in several Wellington, Wairarapa, Manawatu region group exhibitions, art shows and fairs.
My artwork has been sold globally to people from New Zealand, Russia, Australia, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
I have also been lucky enough to write, illustrate, and self-publish five children’s picture books.

4.The children's picture book "A Chicken Story" is a story inspired by our pets; leghorn-breed chickens and the dog.

5."A Little Horse's Dream" picture book is a cute story about a little horse who runs away chasing her dream...
